Model BP Variable Air Volume Boxes

VAV

Bypass air terminals are designed to achieve variable air volume delivery of conditioned air to a room in single duct, constant volume air distribution systems. Variable air volume control is achieved by directing air flow either to a room or to a bypass port in direct response to signals from the room thermostat. BP VAVS are designed for static pressures up to 2” water gauge and supply air capabilities from 200 to 4,000 cfm.

Single duct air terminal units are designed to regulate the flow of conditioned air in single duct distribution systems.
They are available in a wide range of standard control sequences and work equally well in constant volume and variable volume systems. They are available in both pressure dependent and pressure independent applications for static pressures up to 3” water gauge and capacities from 80 to 8,000 cfm.
