The building and construction world will converge in the United Arab Emirates this November, and Energy International Corporation will be there. EIC has signed on as an exhibitor for the 2010 Big Five Show, to be held November 22, through 25, 2010 at the World Trade Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Big 5 show, in its second year in Dubai, is the Middle East and North Africa’s most successful building and construction event drawing industry professional from around the globe. With more than 3,000 companies with exhibits covering more than 45,000 square meters of floor space, the Big 5 provides a unique opportunity to network with top company executives and learn about the latest products, technologies and innovations offered to the industry. The Big 5 also offers the opportunity to purchase materials and services.
Energy International Corporation will have a major presence at the show with a stand located in Hall #3, 3F 141. As in the past, EIC will showcase many of the company’s products and have qualified staff on hand to assist visitors with product inquiries and questions.
“The Big 5 Show is a yearly high point for Energy International,” said Dr. Ned M. Fawaz, Chief Executive Officer, Energy International Corporation. “It offers us the opportunity to touch base with many of our current and future customers and clients and promote new products and technologies available through EIC.”
The Big 5 2009 drew more than 45,000 trade professionals from 120 countries to the four-day event. Nearly half of those (47%) were first-time visitors to the event in 2009, as the 2009 event was the first opportunity for the Middle Eastern construction world to come together following the 2008 construction downturn.
Along with workshops and certified training courses, The 2010 Big 5 Conference features two days of informative discussion with remarks by a number of the region’s most influential leaders covering a host of important topics.
For the first time, the Big 5 Show is adding a Supplier Seminar aimed at high-level planning and management staff and covering such topics as: “Developing Contracts and Managing Relationships,” “Construction Products Market: Is It Ripe for Growth Again” and “Innovation: Developing and Selling New Green Products.”
Again, this year, the Big 5 will hand out the GAIA Awards designed to raise the profile of green or environmentally sound building products and services in the GCC region.
