Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)
Electrostatic Precipitators are used to clean the airstream of grease and hydrocarbons (smoke). These highly efficient units can remove particles as small as 0.01 micron at an efficiency in excess of 90%. ESP units are available in 4 models to handle a range of airflows. The modular design allows the flexibility to scale up to meet the specifics for any installation.

UV-C Odor Control
UV-C technology is based on the synergy which occurs when Ozone and ultra-violet light are combined. The Purified Aire modular system features 6 to 18 high-output UV-C lamps. These lamps oxidize odors and grease permanently destroying and altering the compounds. Purified Aire’s UV-C system features a photo catalytic liner which enhances the production of hydroxyl free radicals, a natural, extra-strength oxidant that is more powerful than plain Ozone.

UV-O Odor Control
UV-O uses the same UV technology as the UV-C unit, but unlike the UV-C unit, the UV-O unit is installed outside of the air duct and connected via a spigot and small diameter ducting. While it is more efficient to install the lamps in the airstream, lamps can quickly become dirty and effectiveness is reduced. Applying the lamps outside the airstream allows for full control of the condition of the lamps providing a uniform output.

O.N.100 Odor Neutralizer

Sitesafe Carbon Filters
Powered Aire manufactures their own Sitesafe carbon filters. The unique design divides the filter into three sections, each weighing on 22kg. When combined in three’s the units are designed as a direct replacement for standard filter blocks providing the exact-same filter performance. The sectioned design allows for filter change to be done by one engineer instead of two who are needed to replace the larger, much heavier units.
